NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Supervisors of DeSoto County, Mississippi, until 10:30a.m. on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at the Office of Procurement, 365 Losher Street, Suite 340, Hernando, Mississippi, for lawn care, landscaping, fertilization, weed control, fall and spring flowers, osmocote, trimming of landscape and trees, mulch, and irrigation system services and repairs for certain DeSoto County buildings under the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The term of this bid will be for four years. The county or the contractor/vendor may have the right to cancel the bid award during the bid term with a 30 day written notice.

PURCHASE: Lawn and Landscaping Services for certain DeSoto County Buildings
Specifications are on file in the Office of Procurement, DeSoto County Administration Building, 365 Losher Street, Suite 340, Hernando, Mississippi, during normal business hours. Information concerning this bid can also be found on the Procurement Page at desotocountyms.gov. All bids must comply with the specifications provided. DeSoto County reserves the right to amend the specifications, as necessary, and agrees to notify all having requested bid packets from the DeSoto County Office of Procurement.
That all bids submitted must be sealed and clearly labeled on the outside of the bid envelopes as instructed in the bid package.
The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities.
