Separate sealed or electronic proposals for the supply and installation of an Outage Management System (OMS) for City of Tupelo Water & Light Department, Bid 2023-046WL , will be received by the CITY OF TUPELO until 10:00 A.M., LOCAL TIME ON TUESDAY, THE 16TH DAY OF JANUARY, 2024. Sealed proposals will be received until the designated date and time at TUPELO CITY HALL, PURCHASING OFFICE, ATTENTION: TRACI DILLARD, TAX OFFICE, 71 EAST TROY STREET, TUPELO, MS 38804 . Electronic bids will be received until the date and time via electronic online submission through www.tupelomsbids.com .

All sealed submissions shall be marked on the outside of a sealed envelope as “City of Tupelo Water & Light Department Request for Qualifications Outage Management System (OMS)”.

The Project generally consists of the following:

Furnishing and installation of an Outage Management System. Furnishing, system implementation, training, and system compatibility are required for a turn-key installation.

Vendors shall provide detailed experience, capabilities, and equipment/supplies to perform the proposed proposal criteria. SOQ shall include contact(s) information for vendor including contact name, email, address, and telephone number.

Proposals will be accepted only under the name of the Vendor to whom documents have been issued, and whose name appears on the official list of Planholders maintained by the City of Tupelo.

No Vendor may withdraw his proposal within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. All applicable laws, ordinances and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over construction of the project shall apply to the contract throughout.

Each Vendor is responsible for reading and being thoroughly familiar with the Request for Qualifications. The failure or omission of any Vendor to do any of the foregoing shall in no way relieve any Vendor from any obligation in respect to this Proposal.

Award will be made to the lowest, responsible, responsive Vendor.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Proposals.
