Project Description:

Sealed bids for the construction of DOWNTOWN STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS, SECOND STREET, PHASE IV, for the City of Columbia in Columbia, Mississippi, will be received by The Honorable Justin McKenzie, Mayor of the City of Columbia, Mississippi, until 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at the City Hall located at 201 Second Street, Columbia, MS 39429, (601-736-8201), and shortly thereafter will be opened and publicly read. The work involved in the project includes demolition, storm sewer piping, storm sewer inlets, storm sewer manholes/junction boxes, water main replacement, sanitary sewer main replacement, asphalt paving, concrete paving, and striping as described in the Contract Documents. All documents required for bidding purposes may be obtained from Dungan Engineering, P. A., 1574 Highway 98 East, Columbia, Mississippi 39429, (601) 731-2600. A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 is required at the time of request for a hard copy set of Contract Documents. Electronic copies of Contract Documents will be furnished to perspective bidders at no cost upon request. A copy of the Contract Documents may be examined at the office of Dungan Engineering, P. A., 1574 Highway 98 East, Columbia, Mississippi 39429 during regular business hours.
