The USPFO of Mississippi will award a single firm fixed price contract for Construction Services



necessary to repair the fire suppression systems in buildings 150, 151, and 160, Project # MDVL042061 for Mississippi Air National Guard 186th Air Refueling Wing in Meridian, MS. Services to be performed are to be in accordance with the attached Construction Plans, Statement of Work, Technical Specifications, and Statement of Work – Addendum #1.





The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220. This request is



100% total small business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. Per NAICS 236220,



the small business size standard is $45 million average annual revenue for the previous three years.



The PSC Code is Y1QA.





IAW FAR 36, Project magnitude ranges from $1,000,000 - $5,000,000.

A pre-bid conference and site visit will be conducted on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 9:00AM (CST) for the purposes of briefing on the bid requirements and answering questions regarding this solicitation. This conference will be held at Mississippi Air National Guard, 186th Air Refueling Wing, 6225 M Street, Meridian, MS, Bldg. 600 RM 114. Interested Contractors are highly encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference. Details are located in Section 00100 - Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to
