SOLICITATION: Please respond to this solicitation by emailing response to: Willie Common at E-mail: willie.common.1@us.af.mil no later than 4:30PM CST, 15 June 2023 – Thursday (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Questions are due no later than 4:30 PM CST, 9 June 2023 – Friday. The Government is not obligated to answer any questions submitted after 9 June 2023. It is the vendor’s responsibility to monitor the site for amendments issued in reference to this requirement. Any potential amendments will be posted in the same fashion as the solicitation. All Contractors who provide goods/services to the DoD must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Failure to comply with SAM registration will deem the Offeror ineligible for award.
SITE VISIT INFORMATION: A site visit will be held on 7 June 2023 at 1:00 PM CST- Wednesday. Vendors shall meet at Columbus Air Force Base Visitor's Center. Vendors will then walk/drive to the actual site of contract performance. Vendors are encouraged to inspect the site in order to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance to the extent that information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Those wishing to participate in the site visit shall provide all information specified in the attached Base Access Procedures.
