This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.5 procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The USCG Office of Procurement and Contracting (DOL-9) intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 and Policies in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisitions of Commercial Items. The intended purchase of services shall be in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. When providing your price quote please provide complete cost breakdowns for each element, (e.g. room rate, parking).

**Please submit only the quote on the SF1449 document provided in the attachment. The SF1449 must be properly completed, or it will be REJECTED. Submit only one quote. Only one quote will be accepted from each vender. Do not send any other documents. Additional documentation will be requested from the winning Bid.

(A) The solicitation number is 84-22-Q-PR0154JS and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

(B) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97. Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination Number 2015-5147 revision 20, dated December 27, 2022 is applicable.

(C) This acquisition is issued as 100% Total Set Aside.

(D) Description/Statement of Work/Specification: See attached for Statement of Work (SOW).

(E) FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial (JAN 2017), is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition:

(F) Evaluation:

LPTA Lowest Price Technically Acceptable expected outcome of an acquisition that, in the Government's estimation, provides the greatest overall benefit in response to the requirement.

(G) Date, time, and place offers are due.
