The CAFB Giant Voice System is made up of two (2) controllers, twelve (12) speaker stations and one (1) inside speaker station. The system manufacturer is Acoustic Technology Inc. (ATI). The system requires annual Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI). This is a non-personnel services contract to provide Giant Voice system PMI. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. The contractor shall provide all management, labor, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, and other items necessary to perform repair, replacement, service and installation. Unless otherwise identified herein, the contractor shall provide all management, labor, equipment, transportation, tools, materials and other items necessary to perform repair, replacement, service and installation as defined in this Statement of Work.

NOTE:
When submitting your quote, the Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose qoute conforms to the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Factors being utilized to evaluate offers are:
1. Price: Complete Price Schedule on the Attachment titled: Combined Synopsis-Solicitation
2. Technical Acceptability:
• Submit offer/qoute IAW the Statement of Work (SOW)
3. Options: Fill out pricing information for option years in the pricing schedule on the attachment titled: Combined synopsis-Solicitation.
Quotes shall be submitted via email to the following addresses (Brian.Gitau@us.af.mil ; Anna.Jackson.9@us.af.mil) no later than 2:00pm CST, 03 May 2024 in order to be considered timely. Questions are due no later than 2:00 PM CST, 26 April 2024. The Government is not obligated to answer any questions submitted after the deadline. It is the vendor’s responsibility to monitor the solicitation posted herein for amendments issued in reference to this requirement. Any potential amendments will be posted in the same fashion as the solicitation. All Contractors who provide goods/services to the DoD must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Failure to comply with SAM registration will deem the Offeror ineligible for award.
