THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This is NOT a solicitation, but market research to determine potential sources. The objective is to acquire the services for MultiMedia in accordance with but not limited to the information below. The PWS is being drafted and will be attached when the solicitation is posted.

This notice does not constitute a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. Further, we are not currently seeking proposals; therefore, DO NOT request a copy of a solicitation or submit a proposal because of this notice. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this source sought and that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All costs associated with responding to this source sought will be solely at the responding party's expense. Not responding to this source sought does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, should one be issued. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No basis for claim against the Government shall arise from a response to the notice. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor the SAM.gov website for additional information pertaining to this source sought. The period of performance for the project shall be determined based on the proposed schedule and actual contract award date. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated.

The contractor shall provide required planning, designing, and production of graphic arts visual aids. Graphic arts services include camera ready artwork for publications, posters, signs, nameplates, television artwork, digitally created images, web site development, typesetting for visual material, PowerPoint slide artwork, viewgraphs, charts certificates, displays, exhibits, and technical illustrations, briefings, and self-help graphics.

The contractor must also provide required planning, shooting, development, and production of still photographic images. Still photographic services include web page development, digital format processing of prints and computer discs. Areas of support include alert (24/7), studio, location, copy, portrait, medical photography, Interactive Courseware (ICW) support, citizenship, special duty assignment, law enforcement, flying and ground safety accidents, disasters, and self-help non-professional cameras.

The contractor will provide high quality video and audio productions, broadcast, and services. Services include advice, planning, scripting, lighting, taping, dubbing, and broadcast/media delivery of video images. The Keesler video section is designated as Keesler Educational Television (KETV) and is an authorized AETC as well as local production facility. The video section supports local production, AETC assigned productions, and Commander's Access Channel (CATV).

The contractor must develop and maintain sufficient inventory controls of all equipment and peripherals issued to them by the Government; as well as recommend equipment upgrade and replacement. Any problems with the Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) must be identified and repaired by the contractor, and the contractor must have the ability to troubleshoot the GFE to determine the best method of repair.

All performance requirements which this service must meet are available in the commercial market sector.

The applicable NAICS Code is 512110 with a size standard of $40M.
