NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under the statutory authority 41.U.S.C. 1901 set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.501(a), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to solicit and award a Sole Source contract with Firm Fixed Price provisions utilizing the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, “Acquisition of Commercial Items,” in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5, “Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services,” as prescribed by FAR 12.203. The contractor, Linxx Global Solutions, LLC, 2901 S Lynnhaven Rd, Ste 450, Virginia Beach, VA, 23452 for Expeditionary Combat Skills instructional support services in support of the Center for Security Forces (CENSECFOR). See attached sole source justification for additional information regarding the sole source determination. The period of performance is a two month base, ending on 01 December 2023. The period of performance is anticipated to begin 30 September 2023. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 611699 with a size standard of $16.5 M. This notice of intent in NOT a request for proposals or quotations. All responsible sources may submit a quote, proposal, or bid that shall be considered by the NAVSUP FLCN Contracting Office. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
