The contractor shall provide all management, labor, material, equipment, (unless furnished by the Government), transportation, and supervision to accomplish simultaneous projects for a broad range of maintenance and repair work. Facilities include, but are not limited to, research and development, academic, secure areas, administrative, institutional, pavements, industrial, etc., as well as their corresponding support facilities; infrastructure such as pavements, roads, parking, drainage systems, utility systems, and force protection.
