NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about 7 February 2023. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
The delivery date will be 30 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO). The PSC Code is 7210. The NAICS Code is 337121, with a size standard of 1,000.
The purpose of this acquisition is to provide vinyl chair covers and vinyl table covers for the mess deck, vinyl chair covers for the pilot house, and an awning at Navy Supply Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville FL, SUPSHIP Detachment, Pascagoula, MS. The Contractor shall provide all supplies in accordance with (IAW) the Description of Requirements (DOR).
The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the DOR, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with Contract Opportunities to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued.
ONLY email requests for clarification to the Contract Specialist are acceptable. No phone call communications or personal office visits with NAVSUP FLCJAX or its internal or external customers regarding issues or questions pertaining to this procurement will be accepted for the duration of the solicitation, evaluation and award process.
