Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers- Vicksburg District, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, intends to award a sole source purchase order to CARACAL ENTERPRISES LLC, CAGE Code: 3YDH6, 1260 Holm RD STE A, Petaluma, California 94954-1106, for Automated Fee Machines via VenTek International.



The statement of work for this requirement is attached. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) and no solicitation is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm or individual who believes it is capable of meeting the Vicksburg District's requirements described herin may submit a capabilities statement; which, if received by 12:00PM CST on 28 July 2023, will be considered. Responses to this posting must be submitted via e-mail, no phone calls will be accepted. A determination not to compete the described purchase order based upon resonses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the U.S. Government.
