Description

Authority permitting other than full and open competition for this requirement is 10 U.S.C.

ยง3204(a)(1) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).



The Oilgear hydraulic motors and pumps must be repaired in accordance with the original

equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards. The repairs will require specialized tools,

equipment, and training. The Oilgear Company is the only known source for parts as they

are the OEM. Failure to utilize OEM parts and factory service will void warranty for each

motor and pump. Due to sole source for parts to repair/rebuild motors and pumps and

warranty concerns, The Oilgear Company is the primary source for both parts and repair

actions.
