Description

The work performed under this contract will consist of Architectural-Engineering services for a Service Provider to provide Planning Charrette Reports (PCR) for the improvements on the Air Traffic Control Tower at Keesler Air Force Base, MS.



This acquisition will be conducted utilizing FAR Part 36 procedures for selection of firms for architect-engineer contracts. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220 “Commercial and Institutional Building Construction” and Product Service Code (PSC) is C1BA “Architect and Engineering – Construction: Air Traffic Control Towers”. The size standard is $45 Million. The Request for Qualifications Package, along with a Statement of Work and associated documents will be posted on the Contract Opportunities Website: https://www.sam.gov on/or around 30 June 2023 with a tentative closing date of 31 July 2023. The contract period of performance is 189 days beginning 10 days after issuance of Award.

Contractors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a UEI number.
