The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies and materials necessary for the completion of the services at the ERDC main campus, 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg, MS 39180. All items shall be removed from closets and storage areas before cleaning and items shall be returned after the area is cleaned and dried. All floors shall be cleaned including floors and walls behind and underneath of appliances. The top-down method of cleaning shall be used, clean the highest surfaces first and work your way to the floor. Due to the nature of work conducted in B6011, only certain products can be used to safely clean the area. Work shall be completed within 7 Calendar days of contract award. Contractors may work 24 hours a day and 7 days per week. Environmental Protection – The Contractor shall be in compliance with Federal, State, and local environmental laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable to this contract. The Contractor is responsible for being currently informed of changes in environmental laws, regulations and ordinances. Violations or delays resulting from the Contractor’s failure to comply with environmental laws, regulations, and ordinances shall not affect the approved performance schedule.
