Project Description:

Sealed bids for the repair and re-roof of the Lawrence County Courthouse building located at 517 E. Broad Street, Monticello, Mississippi will be received by the Lawrence County Board of Supervisors until 10:00 AM local time on Monday, May 1, 2023, at the offices of the Lawrence County Board of Supervisors located at 517 E. Broad Street, Monticello, Mississippi 39654 and shortly thereafter will be opened and publicly read. The work involved in the project includes repair and re-roof of two areas of the courthouse roof (approximately 6,400 sf) as described in the project Construction Drawings and Contract Documents. All documents required for bidding purposes may be obtained from Dungan Engineering, P. A., 1574 Highway 98 East, Columbia, Mississippi 39429, (601) 731-2600. A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required at the time of request for Construction Drawings and Contract Documents. A copy of the Contract Drawings and Documents may be examined at the office of Dungan Engineering, P. A., 1574 Highway 98 East, Columbia, Mississippi 39429 or at www.dunganeng.com.
