NCBC intends to issue a 100% Small Business Competitive Set-Aside Solicitation for Commercial Services to provide Generator, UPS, and HVAC Maintenance at Central Energy Plant (CEP) Building 1011, Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVO), John C. Stennis Space Center (SSC), MS, 39529. The resultant contract will be a combination firm-fixed price (FFP) and indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type. The contract term will be a base period of one year plus four one-year options. The total term of the contract, including all options, will not exceed sixty (60) months. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 811310 and the small business annual size standard is $7.5M.

The estimated total contract value for the firm fixed price portion for all years (including options) is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for information only. Solicitation documents will not be available until the Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued on or about 08 March 2023.

The Site Visit is tentatively scheduled for 15 March 2023.
