Description View Changes

Amendment 5 - The purpose of this amendment is to correct the formula errors in the pricing spreadsheet. Please see attached S03_Sol_Attach_C_Price_Schedule_Revised.



In addition, the solicitation closing period will be extended from 24 October 2022 at 10 a.m. CDT to 26 October 2022 at 10 a.m. CDT.



Amendment 4 - The purpose of this amendment is to post the revised Q&A responses received through closing on 19 October 2022 to include responses that were inadvertently cut out of the attachment. See attached S03_Sol_Attach_A_QuesRqstForm_19OCT2022_Revised.

- 52.222-62, Paid Sick Leave Under Executive Order 13706
