Description

Provide containment, Pickup, label, document and dispose of hazardous waste in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.








  • Contractor to provide:








    • All required Federal and State documentation needed to label Hazardous Waste.

    • Certified Labor required to handle Hazardous Waste.

    • Appropriate equipment to handle and move Hazardous Waste.

    • Appropriate and Approved mode of transportation to transport the Hazardous Waste.








  • Contractor will provide the labor and supervision necessary to conduct the removal. Government will provide access to the site and the contractor will report to the Government after pickup is complete and prior to leaving the site.
