Notice of Intent: The USDA, ARS, SEA intends to award a sole source to The MathWorks Inc., 3 Apple Hill Drive, Natick, MA 01760. The MathWorks Inc. is the only source for this commercial item pursuant to the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(l) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Only one Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Agency’s Requirements.
