The ERDC Installation Support Division is seeking quotes for brand-new bulk fuel systems. The minimum specifications are listed below.

Deliver to 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg, MS 39180 before 31 July 2023. The vendor shall submit with their quote, the latest published specifications and advertising literature on the system they propose to furnish. Equipment shall maintain the full manufacturer warranty. Delivery shall be included in the quoted price. This fuel system must meet all Local, State, and National bulk fuel tank and fuel dispensing regulations, codes, standards, and laws. We require a complete turn-key fuel storage and dispensing system, all pumps, nozzles, hose reels, fuel fill points, and filters shall be included and attached to the above-ground fuel tank as specified below. This system shall arrive turn-key ready to operate with only electrical hook-up required.

The Government may purchase either Option 0001 or Option 0002. It is dependent on the Government to determine which option is the best value.

A. Option 0001: DESCRIPTION

• 2 x 6000 gallon above ground Double walled and insulated fuel tanks mounted on Saddles


• Deliver all requested items to the Engineer Research and Development Center, 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg MS not later than 31 July 2023.

I. Specifications

2 x 6,000 Gallon Envirosafe UL-2085 Fireguard or equivalent above ground Double walled and insulated fuel tanks mounted on Saddles. STEEL THICKNESS 1/4” SHELL & 5/16” HEADS

Each Tank Shall contain the following at a minimum:

(2) 8” 8 Oz Emergency Vent Male w/O-ring

(1) Monitoring Well w/ 2” Cap

(1) 3” Stack Vent w/ 3” Updraft Vent

(1) High Level Shut-off Valve with test mechanism & 3” Ground Level Fill (Vertical Check Valve, Ball Valve, Fill Pipe w/ Diffuser, Fill Adapter, & Dust Cap)

(1) 2” 918 Clock Gauge w/ Alarm & Standard Float for Accurate Fuel Level Reading

(1) Ladder w/Safety Shield

(1) Total Control 682-15 Piston Meter with 10:1 Pulser

(1) Lockable Dispensing Box Welded on Tank for both dispensing and filling the tank.
