The statement of work for this requirement is attached. This is not a Request forQuote (RFQ) and no solicitation is available for this procurement. Nevertheless,any firm or individual that believes it is capable of meeting the Vicksburg District’s requirements described herein may submit a capabilities statement; which, if received by 5:00 PM CST on 09 February 2023, will be considered.
