GEAR MONITORING TEAM (GMT)
Background:
NOAA’s Southeast Fisheries Science Center (SEFSC) located in Pascagoula, Mississippi seeks to purchase a permanent pole barn structure for weathered protection of the two new GMT 30’ small boats.
Objective:
Provide labor and materials for one (1) permanent pole barn structure designed to fit two 30’ vessels. The pole barn structure shall be as follows:
- Dimensions shall be 30’x40’x13’. The boat requires 13 feet of clearance.
- Galvalume roof with a slope of 4:12
- Both sides shall be enclosed 6’ from the top
- Exact location to be determined before construction. The construction will be on existing asphalt.
- Local building codes and wind ratings shall be met.
