Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Yazoo City, Mississippi, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with United Piping, Inc., P.O. Box 16186, Jackson, MS 39236-0186 for parts, services, and installation for the fire sprinkler system at FCC Yazoo City, MS. This notice is neither a request for quotation nor a solicitation for offers. Based on this requirements, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source on a full and open competitive with United Piping, Inc., based upon this notice. This notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No formal request for quotation package is available. Only written responses will be accepted and must be received within one (1) calendar day of the date of this notice. The Government anticipates an award date on or about January 5, 2023. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this notice.
